Help Woodsy Owl in his conservation mission to
“lend a hand, care for the land!”
What is it?
- A summer nature program at the Cradle of Forestry Historic Site for children ages 4-7. Each day a variety of outdoor oriented activities will explore a forest related theme to engage young children in the natural world around them.
- A blend of investigation, creativity, and fun!
- Each child receives the interactive book Woodsy Owl’s ABC’s to enjoy at home.
When does it meet?
- 10:30 am until Noon on Thursdays from June 10 to August 5, 2010.
- Rain or Shine!
- Come to one program or enjoy as many as you’d like.
- We suggest that children wear closed-toe shoes.
Cost:
- $4.00 per child for each program. Accompanying adults are admitted to the Cradle of Forestry for half price ($2.50).
- The fee includes all the site has to offer that day.
