Cradle of Forestry Interpretive Association
The Cradle of Forestry Interpretive Association (CFIA), a 501c3 non profit, was founded in 1972 by a group of conservationists to help the USDA Forest Service tell the story of forest conservation in America, and to help people better understand both forests and the benefits of forest management. Today CFIA operations include:
- Sponsors and Partners of the Cradle of Forestry [link]
- Conservation Education programs and services [link]
- Sale of forest related educational material [link]
- Campground and Recreation Area management [link]
- The Cradle of Forestry Foundation (fund raising) [link]
We invite you to explore our association, and join us in bringing people and forests together!
